Pick-up is offered exclusively during our service hours: Wednesdays from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We kindly ask that you wait for confirmation before arriving to ensure your order is ready. When collecting, please bring a valid photo ID along with your order confirmation number so our team can verify your purchase quickly. If someone else will be picking up on your behalf, please notify us in advance and make sure they have the confirmation details with them.

For your convenience, we will hold items for seven business days after they become available. If an order is not collected within this timeframe, it may be restocked and refunded.
