7-DAY RETURN POLICY
Returns on unworn and undamaged items in the original packaging are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. All returns must be shipped directly back to our Patria HQ for inspection and processing.
Items returned in worn condition, washed, or missing the original packaging will not be accepted for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Products purchased with promotional discounts of 25% or more.
- Free gifts, washed items, or anything outside our return policy.
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

To ensure your items arrive safely, please ship your return using a certified or insured mail provider of your choice. This not only protects your package during transit but also provides you with tracking information for added peace of mind.

Once your return is received, our team will carefully inspect the item(s) to confirm they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with packaging and tags intact. Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection, though please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
